The app gives you access to event information quickly and easily. All the latest news and event updates will be accessible on your mobile or tablet as they happen. Just follow the simple instructions below to download the app on your mobile or tablet.
- Search for ‘Think Business Events’ in your applicable app store or use the below links:
- Once the app has been downloaded enter the code ARA2024.
- To log in, please use your email address and enter the password leadersforum#2024.
Once you have logged in, you’ll be prompted to create a new personal password and set your privacy and messaging settings.
- Go to ‘My event’ to update your profile in Account Settings.
The dress code for attendees is neat casual and business throughout the forum. Don’t forget to bring a light jacket with you as the air-conditioned session rooms can sometimes get a bit cool.
Filming and photography
The official photographer will enter the session rooms while sessions are in progress and footage/images will be taken. Photos or video footage will be used for ARA related communications and the promotion of future Leaders Forum and promotion.
Health and safety
Health and safety is paramount at ARA Leaders Forum and the well-being of our attendees is our priority.
In an emergency, call 000 immediately.
We strongly recommend all delegates carefully check the details of any insurance coverage you may hold, as well as the specific terms and conditions of your travel and accommodation bookings and obtain flexible booking policies where possible.
Delegates are required to comply with all relevant public health measures in place when attending ARA Leaders Forum 2024.
There is no requirement for you to wear a mask, however if you feel more comfortable doing so then please wear one. Masks will be available at the information desk on site.
Registration and name badges
On arrival at the ICC Sydney, you will be able to print your name badge at a registration kiosk by scanning your QR code that will be emailed to you.
You need to wear your name badge on both days you are attending to access the sessions, and exhibition.
The Registration desk will be located on the Level 2 in the Parkside foyer.
It will be open during the following times:
- Wednesday 21 February – 08:00 to 17:30 AEDT
- Thursday 22 February – 08:00 to 16:00 AEDT
Help us manage food waste
If you have RSVPd for the Cocktail party and you can no longer attend, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, or visit the Registration Desk to let us know, so we can avoid excessive food waste and adjust quantities based on actual numbers.
Special dietary catering
There will be a specific buffet for dietary requirements.
If you have not yet notified a dietary requirement, please email email@example.com.
If you are unable to select appropriate food from the catering buffets, please notify the catering floor staff and they will direct you to the special diets buffet.
For the Retail rendezvous: The official ARA Leaders Forum cocktail party, please advise the wait staff of your dietary requirement.
In the heart of Sydney, ICC Sydney is located in the active precinct of Darling Harbour on Cockle Bay.

Darling Harbour is only 8km from Sydney Airport.
Taxis and trains are available to and from the airport. The Sydney Airport is 8kms from ICC Sydney, with an average drive time of 25 minutes.
Bus routes 389 and 501 stop at Harris Street near Allen Street – a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydney.
Cruise into Darling Harbour on a ferry with direct services from Circular Quay, King Street Wharf or Pyrmont Bay Wharf.
The Light Rail travels right through a number of Darling Harbour stations including ICC Sydney’s stops, Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre. The Light Rail starts at Central Station in the CBD and travels to Dulwich Hill in the inner west.
ICC Sydney has two car park facilities located within the Exhibition Centre and ICC Sydney Theatre, comprising a total of 826 car spaces. Additionally, there are secure car parks located in and around Darling Harbour, including Wilson Harbourside Car Park and First Parking Darling Square Car Park. View parking rates here.
The best taxi and Uber drop off and pick up locations include the new Iron Wharf Place next to Harbourside Shopping Centre and Zollner Circuit on the Southern end of ICC Sydney Theatre, both accessed via Darling Drive.
Town Hall and Central Stations are a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydney.
Cloak room and luggage storage
Cloaking is available at both Customer Service desks located on ground floor of Convention Centre and Level 2 of Exhibition.
All lost property is held at the Customer Service Desk, level 2 during an event. After an event all lost property will be located in our security office.
ICC Sydney is a non-smoking venue and smoking within the venue is prohibited. This includes E-cigarettes and other electronic imitations or simulation devices. Smoking must be 10 metres away from the Venue.
Male and female toilets are located throughout the venue, including right and left handed accessible toilets.
Wi-fi will be available to all delegates during the Leaders Forum.
